On December 14, 2020, I had the chance to observe a group of second-year students in the Scientific Glass Technology program at Salem Community College. Upon graduation, these students will have the skillset to go on and create glass apparatus for scientific research and play a vital role in fields such as chemical engineering, biological research, and medicine.
